With only 5,000 cases available, it boasts a double cask finish of American honey and Brazilian Amburana wood, offering a rich and sweet flavor profile. Bottled at 98 proof, it features notes of honey, cinnamon, gingerbread, and baking spice. Last year's release earned 92 points from Whisky Advocate. Penelope Bourbon, founded in 2018, offers a variety of award-winning expressions and is sold in over 40 states and three countries.
